I absolutely love this quote!! I am currently blogging about my experiences in life with a dysfunctional family and having been on both sides of the medical system. All the stories tie together in the end. Basically, we should never be ashamed of our past or try to hide it so far out of view that no one really knows how amazing you are for overcoming difficult hurdles. Our stories become our truth and our truth becomes our inspiration. All of our stories have the ability to inspire and give others hope.
